Eames - materiality

there is something about the eames work and playful understanding/re-imagining of post-war industrial manufacturing in the construction of form and architecture that has resonance with works for the coming semester - this film is a prime example of a real lucidity and quality to the material of a polaroid machine... meaningful and human / social awareness that todays technologies may lack - i.e. the true comprehension of these materials in reality DESIGN MUSEUM DESCRIPTION
